- Co-pays are due at the time of service.
- Full payment is expected at the time of service for Travel consultations and Travel-related vaccinations.- If you call after office hours, you can reach Dr. Gokhale or the doctor on call by leaving a message as instructed on the voice message.
- Dr. Gokhale may be able to see you in the office outside of regularly scheduled office hours if his schedule permits. There will be an additional consultation fee of $50 above the customary fee.
Dr. Gokhale and his staff will do their best to make sure that any services provided or advised are covered by the patient's insurance policy. However, it is the patient who is ultimately responsible for knowing their policy and its coverage guidelines. Any non covered services or services that were done without the necessary approvals from the insurance company are fully the patient's responsibility
